5. Revisions and Changes
I offer a specific number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope of work may incur extra charges.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information, materials, and feedback needed for the project. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional fees.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, ownership of the website and its content (excluding any third-party plugins, tools, or resources) is transferred to the client. However, I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio or promotional materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the website, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or unauthorized access due to hacking or malware.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with prior written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination.
10. Third-Party Tools and Plugins
Some services may require the use of third-party tools or plugins. I will not be held liable for any issues, updates, or changes related to these third-party services.
11. Privacy
I respect your privacy and handle your data in compliance with applicable laws. Personal information collected will only be used to complete your project or communicate with you regarding services.
